vintage Spotted Cow FOLKART BLACK and white Oilcloth

unpacked this sweet cow uo 20 years ago at an estate sale.....used it in my kitchen for awhile...bit have totally changed the look.  it definitely has a folky look to it, even his tail is braided....it is made of a dropcloth wit measures material......  IT MEASURES 11
" LONG AND IS 8 1/2" TALL
