    Excellent condition, structurally.
    Cosmetically, it has the normal scratches, rubs, and
    areas
    associated with household use. As typical, the most cosmetic evidence of use is on the top and mars/indentations on the bottom shelf. The top finish is not perfect, to the touch it feels slightly raised. Painted finishes always have more evidence of use than stained finishes.
    Shipment is not included.
    Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up. Earhjunk is open by appointment only.
