This patriotic collectible bovine is decked out in a vintage-styled top hat, matching star spangled coat and red and white striped trousers. This
" Cow Parade " figurine is a true rarity because it is hard to find in BRAND NEW, MINT condition. " UNCLE SAM " comes in his original box
( which in 1999 was all white ), hangtag, styrofoam and plastic protection, and was designed for the " 1999 Chicago Cow Parade " charity auction event. This particular cow figurine has been " out of production " since 2000. It is also a LIMITED EDITION, hand-numbered figurine. The larger fiberglass version of " UNCLE SAM " was on display for the " 147th Illinois State Fair " in 1999. " UNCLE SAM " has only been out of his original box twice. The first time when inspected upon original purchase...and again when photographed for his debut on eBay.
