2007 Honda Element

Greetings!
I am sadly selling my stock, original, 2007 Honda Element EX, 2wd automatic, with ~77,000 original miles. This is a very clean, garage kept Arizona car, originally bought at Bell Road Honda in Phoenix.
The body is in excellent condition with slight paint fading on the 2 plastic panels over the rear wheels and the plasitic body over the headlights. I believe the fading is from the previous owner waxing these areas. The roof, the rest of the body, and underneath show very well for a 15 year-old vehicle. There is no rust on this vehicle, being driving in the dry southwest. I have seen MANY Elements around the country with rust on the doors, above the windshield, and on the undercarriage/exhaust areas.
Everything is stock Honda on this vehicle except for newer tires from Discount (about 2 years old with plenty of tread) and the black, vinyl/leatherette custom seat covers I had made (from Covercraft) for this Element. They can be taken off, if the new owner is not interested in having them cover the original seats. I took pictures of both the stock seats (free of tears and in great condition) as well as the seats now with the black covers.
This vehicle drives great with super-cold AC, no problems, and a really nice stock radio to listen to. It has been extremely well taken care of. I keep it securely parked in my garage, maintain it at Tempe Honda (oil changes, etc.), and rotate/balance the tires as needed.
This Honda Element has the original owner manuals, key/key fob alarm, wheels, etc.
The only reason I am selling this vehicle is because I needed a truck for work. Otherwise, I would own this Element forever...it has the "bullet-proof" Honda 2.4L engine and is "one of the cleanest" my service advisor at Honda has ever seen.
I am a private owner, meaning NO taxes, fees, or hidden expenses. I expect the buyer to pay 00 deposit within 48 hours of auction end and mail me a Cashier's Check shortly thereafter. I will not ship the vehicle, but will keep strong communication with the buyer/shipping company they choose.
Please do not bid on this item if you are not intending on buying it...my positive feedback and 20+ years of eBay membership speak for themselves.

****A few things to add, because I have been getting quite a bit of interest/questions about my Honda Element***:
The current mileage is 77,420...I recently had the vehicle detailed, completely checked out by my mechanic, tires rotated/balanced, etc. I plan on filling up the gas tank once the auction is over as well, so the mileage may increase a bit here and there. I wasn't able to adjust the mileage on my original eBay posting, but the extra ~120 miles was warranted and isn't a deal-breaker for anyone who appreciates this low-mileage, well maintained, rust free vehicle.
There are NO leaks. My garage floor is dry and Tempe Honda never brought up any leaks on any of their detailed reports for this Honda Element.
No accidents with a clean Arizona Title.
I believe the catalytic converter is stock/original as well as the rest of the exhaust system.
